Cashew Garlic Cilantro Sauce

Raw vegan | Gluten free | Oil free

This dipping sauce goes very well together with potatoes in any form.


  • 1/2 cup raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional, it's also very good salt free!)

  • 5 medium sized garlic cloves

- In a high speed blender, blend until smooth and taste for consistency. For a thicker sauce, add a few more cashews.
